In the unfortunate event that your Yumpingo devices go missing please immediately report the loss to your company head office who will advise you on the next steps. Your company head office will need to approve any replacements.
Please also report any missing devices to us and we will aim to locate them via our connected platform. If an attempt is made to connect a device to the internet we aim to locate the device and will notify you immediately.
The devices are locked down and cannot be used for anything but Yumpingo so is of no use outside of your venue.
