User Notifications

Yumpingo Dashboard users have the ability to receive 3 different types of email reports (notifications) based on their access level. The email notifications provide summaries of the daily or weekly performance for Brand level, Group of locations, or individual Locations,

The Notification are broken down by Brand level emails, Groups level emails and Locations level emails.




Brand Level emails:

Food Comments Email:

  • This email provides weekly food/drink comments in an easy-to-read format.
  • Sent at: approximately 8:00am local venue time


Free Text Answers Email:

  • This email provides weekly free text answers in an easy-to-read format.
  • Sent at: approximately 8:00am local venue time


Daily Brand email:

  • This email provides high-level users (Administrators for example) a quick summary of the previous day (right at the top) and highlights any significant drops or improvements.
  • Sent at: approximately 5:00 am local venue time


Weekly Insights:

  • This email provides is a comprehensive view of the key information they need to review and pay attention to in regard to the past week. 
  • When: Once the 'latest' venue reaches approximately 8:00 am local venue time



Groups Level emails: 

Daily Venue Group Report:

  • This email provides an area manager with a quick overview of where their venue group sits compared to the brand and calls out any individual venues that have performed better or worse compared to their previous performance.
  • When: approximately 5:00 am local venue time OR when the last venue hits 5:00am


Weekly Venue Group Email:

  • This email provides a comprehensive view of the key information Group Owners need to review and pay attention to in regard to the past week. 
  • When: Once the 'latest' venue reaches approximately 8:00am local venue time



Locations level emails:

 Weekly Email:

  • This email provides is a comprehensive view of the key information venue-level access users need to review and pay attention to in regard to the past week. 
  • When: approximately 8:00am local venue time 


Daily Put-Down Rate Report:

  • This email provides the venue's put-sown rate score for the venue-level access users review.
  • When: approximately 8:00am local venue time


Daily Venue:

  • This email provides the venue-level access users with a quick summary of the previous day (right at the top) and highlights any significant drops or improvements.
  • When: approximately 8:00am local venue time


 Weekly Venue Highlights:

  • This email provides a high-level view of the venue's overall performance for the previous week and includes any new insights.
  • When: approximately 5:00am local venue time
