In your Reputation inbox, while writing a post or replying to a review, click the smiley button on the bottom of the review box.
Use our emoji search bar to narrow the emojis list to the ones related to your search.
When using emojis, be aware of the tone of the conversation. If a guest is complaining or had a terrible experience, it may not be the right time to send a winky face emoji. Instead, focus on resolving the issue at hand and wait until you've won the customer back.
