Once complete, your Customer Success manager will be in touch to discuss any further details needed. Then, the Survey Studio Onboarding team will take care of everything for you.

Good to know:
- Onboarding new venues can take up to 3 weeks depending on the type of onboarding, so the more notice the better.
- List your ideal go live date(s) and we'll do our best to meet it.
- It may not be possible to launch with Survey Studio the same day that a new venue opens
- The Survey StudioYumpingo team will confirm with you the go live date.
