Reputation - Scores & Reporting

Average scores vs public scores can be found in two places:

1.Insights > Reputation

In the ranking table called “Location Overview,” you can select a specific channel on the top right toggle, ie Google or TripAdvisor.

The second column, “Rating,” is your historical score or published score. The Average column shows the average score for the selected period.

2. Company Report

The second place where you would find the average ratings is the “Company Report.” You can manually download it from the Insights section by clicking:

Select the Report Type and Period you'd like for the report.

This is a sample of what a report might look like where you can see similar reports.
