A downloadable report has been added to Reputation Insights - Full Review History Report.
The Full Review History Report shows a collection of your locations' reviews for a certain period.
The contents of the report are comma-separated values (CSV), which can easily be imported to spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
To download the Feedback history report
1. Log in to the Yumpingo dashboard
2. Click on the reputation tab on the left side, which will open Reputation Management.
3. Go to the Insights page on the top tab.
4. Click on the download reports button in the upper right corner next to the period dropdown.
5. After, select the report Full Review History Report (CSV) from the dropdown list and, select a period from the dropdown.
6. Then click the Select Locations button and select the locations that you want the reviews from.
7. Next, choose the filters/settings for the report and click download. The download will go to your computer's download's folder.
Note: Please be aware that we only keep reviews for two months. We further note that there may be duplicate records in this report, in situations where a review platform is connected to multiple locations on Reputation
