Highlighted Questions are tested and proven to best drive customer happiness and revenue. When getting started with Yumpingo, we recommend choosing the Highlighted Questions in each category, as long as they apply to your use case.
Adding a Highlighted Question
To add a question to your Yumpingo guest reviews :
Log onto the Dashboard > Manage > Questions
- Choose the service style you'd like to add.
- Click the + sign on the top of the Research or Steps of Service tab.
- A list of all categories will appear, scroll to the bottom to see Highlighted Questions.
- Choose the question configurations and click the pink Add Question button.
