Reputation - Set up Email otifications

If you want an overview of your locations' social media activity, activate the Daily Email Report on your Reputation account's notification page. Reputation users have multiple email report types: Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.


To set this up:


  1. Log into the Yumpingo dashboard.
  2. Go to Reputation and launch the dashboard
  3. Once there, click on your name in the top right corner
  4. Select notifications
  5. On notifications, you can choose to turn any of the daily, weekly or monthly by ticking the box for each location.



If your Daily Email Report is activated for any of your locations in Reputation, you will receive a report once a day before your first cup of coffee in the morning. 

With this report, you will see an overview of all messages in your Reputation Inbox, how many were dated yesterday, how many are urgent messages, and how many come from influencers.
