Paytronix: loyalty enrolment

- Once a reservation is set to ‘COMPLETE’ SevenRooms will send the required data to enable a post-dine email to be sent 60 mins after the seated time.

Experience hub navigation changes
- Changes to experience hub navigation to improve usability, mainly aiming to make it easier to locate how to come back to the old dashboard.
It is possible to specify on a venue’s configuration that the subscribe screen should collect birthdays. This is an additional checkbox (in the same style as the current request name checkboxes)

When the venue configuration specifies that the birthday should be requested, a field is shown on the review flow (web app and device) to capture the birthday (non-mandatory)

The birthday and phone number are recorded against the brand that it was provided for (and different data can be provided for different brands if the user chooses to do so). If a guest provides updated birthday/phone number information for a brand, it will replace the existing data for that brand
The email address field is highlighted as mandatory on both web app and device, using an asterisk.
