1-2 item WebApp review flow

We have enhanced the WebApp review flow for guests who have ordered 1 or 2 items, such as a Blueberry Muffin and an Espresso. In this streamlined process, guests will bypass the item selection screens and proceed directly to the item review. This optimization is specifically designed for integrated WebApp review flows.

  • Simplified Experience: Guests with bills containing one or two items (including multiples of the same item) will benefit from a faster, more intuitive review process.
  • Integration Specific: This applies exclusively to integrated WebApp review flows, ensuring a seamless user experience tailored to our platform's capabilities.




TISSL POS Integration

  • Our TISSL POS integration focuses on retrieving bills and updates rather than receiving them passively.

    • Functionality: Designed to efficiently handle bill retrieval and updates, enhancing operational efficiency.
    • Device Compatibility: Developed to support various devices and capable of generating comprehensive PDR stats and other relevant insights.



COMO Integration - Loyalty Enrolment

  • Our integration with COMO facilitates seamless loyalty enrollment when guests provide consent for marketing communication from partner brands.

    • Webhook Trigger: Automatically initiates when a guest explicitly consents to receive marketing communications.
    • Initial Release: Currently enables loyalty enrollment; future updates may include post-dine email capabilities based on business case feasibility.
