To prevent redundant communication and ensure a seamless experience for guests, new rules have been implemented for accounts that have both a POS (Point of Sale) integration and a Loyalty Partner integration. These rules are designed to prevent the sending of multiple emails for the same visit, thereby minimizing "noise" for guests.
Interactive Reporting: New Single Number Widget
- The ability to display a single number in a widget within Interactive Reporting
- The ability to have more flexibility in terms of the layout i.e. enabling 4 single number widgets in 1 row across the page (25%)
- Colour can appear based on threshold if they are present in the database

Gives the ability to trigger a Post-Dine Email based on an event trigger from Thanx
Custom PDR Threshold
Allow clients to set custom thresholds for the Performance Development Review (PDR) within the new dashboard and email notifications, providing greater control and alignment with specific account requirements and review collection methods.
