Multiple reports per account in ‘Locations’
- When in the Locations table, it is possible to have multiple reports and to be able to switch between different reports
- One report is defined as the default report which is what will be seen every time a user enters the page
- All users with access to locations reporting will be able to access all reports
- Each report can have it’s own hierarchy of location groupings and it’s own metrics
- For optimum speed and usability reports shouldn’t have more than 25/30 metrics each
Accounts are able to have multiple reports
This only manifests in Locations, however the same principle applies to later using dynamic reports for other areas, e.g. new food & drinks page in experience hub
The user is able to switch between the reports by clicking on the report name
All users with access to Locations are able to see all reports

Trends & breakdowns in locations reporting
When in the Locations table, it is possible to see ‘trend’ columns to show performance over time
Both ‘historical’ and ‘periodical’ trends are now available
Currently available for NPS and food & drink, food, drink score
- Two types of mini trends are enabled
historical
period breakdown
Trends over time
Historical is to look “further” that the filtered period of the report
For now only build for NPS and food & drink, food, drink score
Each historical trend can have defined how many intervals to display
example 1:
trend added: NPS - 4 intervals
filtered time interval: 7 days
mini trend: display 4 dots, each representing NPS for 7 days with the last dot representing the filtered 7 days
i.e. although you are looking at a report for the last 7 days, you can see how the NPS trended for the same time interval for the last 28 days
example 2:
trend added: food score - 3 periods
filtered time interval: 14 days
mini trend: display 3 dots, each representing food score for 14 days with the last dot representing the filtered 14 days
i.e. although you are looking at a report for the last 14 days, you can see how the food score trended for the same time period for the last 42 days
Interval breakdown
Period breakdowns take the filtered interval and display the trend of the interval broken down
For now only build for NPS and food & drink, food, drink score
Each interval breakdown can define if to group by days or by weeks
