Our team have been busy this month with some of the latest feature improvements we've rolled out,
Configurable Complaints Screen Threshold
Overview
The Complaints page in the review flow previously displayed for all detractors when enabled. This update introduces a configurable option to define when the Complaints page appears based on the NPS score, allowing greater flexibility in adjusting the review experience over time.
New Feature: Core Service Answer Threshold
A new option, “Core Service Answer Threshold”, has been added to the Complaints Configuration Screen. This threshold determines the maximum Core Service Score that will trigger the Complaints page.
How It Works
- If the threshold is set to 2, the Complaints page will display for users with an NPS score of 2 or below.
- Users with an NPS score of 3 or above will not see the Complaints page.
- The default threshold value is 3.
How It’s Set Up

This update provides businesses with control over when the Complaints page is triggered, ensuring a more flexible and tailored approach to collecting guest feedback.

Inclusion of Unlinked Dish Reviews in Reports
Overview
Historically, weekly reports and four-weekly reports have excluded dish reviews for unlinked POS dishes due to filtering. This update ensures that unlinked dishes are now included in food score/review stats, providing a more complete view of guest feedback.
Update Details
- Unlinked dishes(i.e., dishes that do not have a direct mapping in the POS system) will now be included in:
- Weekly reports
- Four-weekly reports
- The update ensures that food score calculations accurately reflect all dish reviews, even if the dish is unlinked.
