Draft menu

To get a menu started or want to make changes for a future menu launch, you can use a menu draft. Equally, when you decide to make changes to an existing Live menu, a draft will be created for you to edit. The draft can be published immediately or on a certain date. It’s not possible to edit a Live menu or assign venues to Draft menus, to ensure venues are always assigned to a live venue.

Scheduled menu

Once you have a draft menu ready it can be published immediately or scheduled to go live on a selected date. To schedule a menu, first select and assign the venues that will be assigned on the live date. Menus will go live at 5 am for each venue. 

If a venue is assigned to multiple scheduled menus it will get a new menu re-assigned with each new scheduled date. For example, a Christmas menu can go live at the Soho venue on the 23rd of December, and then subsequently be scheduled to go back to the Standard menu on January 1st. 

Live (Published) menus

A Live menu is a menu that is published for the guests to review. All live venues assigned to the menu will be using this menu. Venues may also be assigned to a live menu before they open - in this case, the moment these venues open with Yumpingo, they can start collecting reviews.

  • Each venue can only be assigned to one live menu at a time.
  • Live menus can only be archived if they have no venues assigned to them.

You can change the status of any menu at any time by hovering over the venues on the main menu management page.
